The questions we get most.
How fast are results?
Most routine work is reported within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. Cultures follow growth, so they take longer. STAT handling is available when the decision cannot wait.
Can I add a test after the draw?
Often yes — it depends on the specimen type, the volume left and how long it has been stored. Call client services and we will check the tube before you re-draw.
Do you collect on site?
Yes. Mobile phlebotomy runs standing rounds for facilities and clinics, with STAT visits when something changes.
How do results reach us?
Through the provider portal on release, and into your record system where an interface is in place. Criticals are called.
Can't find what you need?
Our client services team can send the current version of any guide or form.
